The 5 Tastings Pass is for people who want to get to know the Southern Highlands properly, not all in one go.
Choose any 5 venues from our trail. Pair a cool-climate wine tasting with a gin flight, add a craft beer paddle, then round it out with fresh pastries or a walk through a mushroom-growing railway tunnel. How you mix them is up to you.
With 12 months to use your pass, you can spread your stops across a long weekend or split them over a couple of visits as the seasons change. Many stops also come with short videos about the people behind the produce, so you know a little more about what's in your glass before you taste it.
It's $89 per person. Your 5 tastings are prepaid, so there's nothing more to pay for them at the venue, and you'll also get a $20 credit to spend on something local to take home. Check whether your chosen venues need a booking before you head out.

No. Your five chosen tastings are prepaid. Show the digital pass at the venue—nothing more to pay for those tastings at the door.
How many venues can I choose from?
About 13 Southern Highlands venues sit on the trail. You pick five tasting experiences to use. There's something for the wine lover, beer lover, gin lover and mushroom and bakery enthusiast.
What is the $20 credit?
It is a credit toward a purchase of local goods to take home, on top of the five tastings. You pay any balance direct to the venue.
Is this a physical ticket?
No. Buy online and the digital pass arrives by email. Nothing is posted. The whole trail sits on your phone, including a directory of venues, maps, guide and video stories about local history and the Makers from the trail.
Do we need one pass each?
Yes. Purchase one trail per person.
Who can do alcoholic tastings?
Alcoholic tastings are 18+ and subject to RSA. Venues can refuse service if required.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription.
Can we split tastings across weekends?
Yes. Use your five tastings any time within those 12 months—one weekend or several.
